MyAunt's A4 2.0T had a timing chain failure at 130k which caused catastrophic engine failure, and she's just one of many. There was actually a class action lawsuit for this a while back. I preemptively replaced my timing chain, guides, and both tensioners on my 2011 A4 2.0T (likely the same engine as yours) at 100k miles.
