1. Head over to any Watcher or Strider Site and scope out the area for Watchers. 2. Equip the Ropecaster (can be any rarity) and select the Tie Rope ammunition. 3. Get in range of a Watcher and shoot twice to tie it down. Rare and Very Rare versions of the Ropecaster will only need one shot.
Take one of the ziplines down and immediately find a Ravager. Shoot its canon off with a Tearblast Arrow and then pick it up immediately. Kill the Ravager with its own canon and that's one. Now find a Watcher for an easy target and kill that for two to finish it up. I was able to get my time down to 0:32 at my fastest.

Kill the machine with normal arrows THEN shoot the canisters off with Harvest Arrows. The canisters will have extra blaze. Shoot a Stormbird in the eyes (ideally after freezing it) for a handsome damage bonus that no-one and nothing tells you about. Apparently the watchers have a weak spot in the eye too..
