However, this change means that, with frequent buildup using Energy Barrage, Spirit-Blade can tear apart enemy guards in a single swipe, making it useful against the high dragon trio in Emprise du Lion. If you really want to get into the thick of battle, KE is still great fun. Rift Mage is powerful in that it has the finest crowd control spells.
Depending on the console you are using, PlayStation or Xbox, you need to either press R1 / L1 together or RB / LB together. This will select the whole party, and if you press X or A (PS or Xbox), the party will all attack the same enemy. You can also press the bumpers together while you have the radial menu open; Whatever command you choose
But KE is literally a mage tank. I play on hard and as long as I keep an eye on vivienne she can literally keep up with tanking just as well as blackwall or casandra. Necromancy can do lots of aoe damage and combined with fire and burning spells you can watch there health melt away using this strat jus downed my first dragon.
For Dragon Age: Inquisition on the PlayStation 4, a GameFAQs message board topic titled "I wish you could pick a specialization before starting".
They don't even have to be level 10. Unlike you. you don't have to be level 10, you unlock them through the war room at the far left of the ferelden side of the map. I just think you need to actually do a mission or two, or leave Skyhold so that when you come back, most of the keep is repaired (you can use the stables, sit in your throne etc)
Sorry for the influx of posts, getting back into Inquisition and just trying to have some fun. I played, originally, as a knight enchanter pre nerf: you know, unkillable god vanquishing machine. I’ve never played rift mage or necromancer though, and I wanted to know if anyone has any opinions on the specializations.
