UPDATE-Change all settings back to default, game started working. Going to try different resolution settings, think that was the problem. Turning the draw distance to max was causing the game not to load up for me. Can you different resolutions now as long as I don't adjust draw distance. I have tryed a lot of things but no one seems to work: 1)reinstalling the game. 2)executing gta-vc.exe in compatibility mode (Vista, XP, Me, 98 none works) 3)installing 1.1 patch. 4)updating every single driver. 5)deleting "user files" folder in Documents. 6)formatting and re-installing the operative system, twice.
